Yesterday we mentioned we were having a design contest for a new TopSpot widget design. Today we have our first entry. Check it out. Below.

I like this one a lot because it’s simple — I don’t think widgets should ever overpower the blog itself.
Also, glad to see that weird “tab/knob” in the header disappear

i hope scratchback’ll eventually use this design for a widget. i prefer it over the other widgets currently available.
